First, close your eyes and think of the scenery behind you and your fiance! This will help you pinpoint where this shindig is taking place, whether it is outdoors, at a castle, mansion, beach front, etc...
3. Who are we inviting?
It really helps your planner with venue procurement when you have your guest count. Without this, some venues, even though you love them, may not be large enough to accommodate your guest count. This helps to figure out your budget for all other aspects aside from the venue.
4. When are we making it official?
Have a few dates in mind to present to venues, without this, you may not have a true estimate of your venue costs as pricing varies based on season for most wedding venues.
5. Do we want a wedding party?
As times change, the age old tradition of a bridal party is changing as well! Do not feel obligated to do this, do what makes you happy!
